I have been taking individual classes with Monica who is a Physical therapist and has been helping me rehabilitate after injuries that I sustained during the pandemic.Her services as a Physical therapist and a Pilates instructor are very unique and I highly recommend her,especially if you need the added services of a Physical therapist!
An increase in bone density is something I did not expect from Pilates. But that is what happened! Have had osteopenia for years … 75 now and I fit the profile. But my last bone density showed I was building bone. No prescription meds. Just calcium and multivitamins. And yes… Pilates is my main exercise.
