I am a retired Physical therapist and I have been going to this studio since it has opened. I highly recommend this studio , the whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been taking individual classes with Monica who is a Physical therapist and has been helping me rehabilitate after injuries that I sustained during the pandemic.Her services as a Physical therapist and a Pilates instructor are very unique and I highly recommend her,especially if you need the added services of a Physical therapist!

An increase in bone density is something I did not expect from Pilates. But that is what happened! Have had osteopenia for years … 75 now and I fit the profile. Biography

Reshma was born and raised in India where she practiced Yoga 200hr and Reiki. After coming to United States, she got certified as USUI Reiki Master/Teacher trained under William Rand. She has a lineage of 5th from Dr Usui and third from Dr Hayashi and Master Hawaya Takata.

Reshma developed an interest in body biomechanics and started her journey by graduating as Massage therapist from American Spirit Institute, Williamsburg. This also led her to Pilates and wellness.

Reshma got certified as Mat and reformer instructor from Pilates Instructor Academy, and she’s now working towards getting comprehensively trained.

She continued her education into wellness and graduated as a holistic health coach from IIN. She is a level 1 certified NeuroKinetic therapist working towards level 2 certification.
